Learn & Grow Level 2 Activity C: Equivalency Form


To translate the form into Spanish or another language (Para traducir el formulario al español u otro idioma):
  1. Open the form using Google Chrome web browser. Download Chrome here. (Abra el formulario con el navegador web Google Chrome. Descarga Chrome aquí.)
  2. Anywhere on this form, right click and you will see a drop-down menu. (En cualquier lugar de este formulario, haga clic con el botón derecho y verá un menú desplegable.)
  3. Select “Translate to …” (Selecciona "Traducir a ...".)
  4. Choose the language you would like it to be translated to. (Elija el idioma al que le gustaría que se tradujera.)
  5. Repeat steps 2-4 on each new form page. (Repita los pasos 2 a 4 en cada nueva página de formulario.)




Learn & Grow Level 2 Quality Activity

Quality Activity C: The center program administrator completes the Alaska Early Childhood Administrator Credential (or equivalent based on the personnel of the program). 

Programs that have full-time positions dedicated to Human Resources and/or Finance are exempt from this requirement. However, the administrator is still responsible for completing Level 2 training. If the program only has one of these two positions, then the administrator is also responsible for taking training to fill the gap.

  • If the program does not have a Human Resources full-time position, then the administrator must complete Human Resources training.  
  • If the program does not have a full-time Finance position, then the administrator must complete Fiscal Management training.  

**NOTE: If the administrator wants to obtain an administrator credential, they will still need to complete both HR and Fiscal Management training**
