Thank you for your interest in the Parents for Care Project. thread has received funding from Child Care Aware of America to provide an exciting 6-month advocacy program. This project unites parents from every corner of Alaska to strengthen the Alaskan child care system. No advocacy skills or experience are required to apply. Successful applicants will receive training and guidance. 

TO BE ELIGIBLE

You must be a parent, foster parent, or legal guardian who resides in Alaska.

Tips to apply: 
Steps to complete the application:   
  • Fill out the form below. Questions with an (*) require a response. 
  • Read the acknowledgement statement. 
  • Check the signature box and type your name. 
  • Click Submit.
Translate the application:

  • Anywhere on the application form, right-click for a drop-down menu.
  • From the drop-down menu, select “Translate to.”
  • Choose the preferred translation language.
